New 16,000 sq ft Factory Completed and in Production
We moved into our new production facility located at 2885 South Higuera St. in San Luis Obispo in January 2008. The new facility has very easy access just a few blocks to US 101 from both North and South directions.
The new shop gives us production capacity of 25,000 - 30,000 printed garments per 8 hour shift. In addition to our 12 color M&R Gauntlet II we have added a 10 color M&R Gauntlet II and a new 14 color M&R Gauntlet Z as well as new folding, bagging, and tagging capability. We're extremely proud of our 100% M&R facility.
Inside are 4,000 sq ft of brand new production offices, imaging, screenmaking, ink mixing, conference and break areas. The 12,000 sq ft production floor is sealed with in high gloss epoxy. The inside has 30 ft ceilings for ample racking and handling space.
