 Computer-To-Screen (CTS) is one of the newest innovations in screen printing. Digital images are sent directly to the imaging device. The image quality and registration are excellent. In addition, we are able to reduce the number of steps to make a screen from 14 to 6. This represents a time savings of more than 32 minutes for each screen we make, and we often make 100 screens per day.
In addition, we're able to use digital pre-alignment which further reduces press set-up time. The benefit to you is much faster turnaround of your orders and lower costs.
